As a Business Developer, you'll work to keep a healthy relationship with our partners in the private and public sector. Your primary focus will be to build close relationships with governments and security agencies across India, and help us build a scalable, profitable security infrastructure. This position reports to the Director but also works directly with other individuals within the company.



A Typical Day
  • Researching opportunities and strategies on how to build PPPs (public-private partnerships)
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
  • Socially adept.
  • Good with numbers.
  • Strong communication and IT fluency.
  • Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  • The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
